Agile Advert winners announced
The winner of this year’s Agile Advert contest was a recruiting video of ThoughtWorks - actually a quite depressing one. Again, it’s puzzling how much we still focus on basic things like collaboration (e.g. stand-ups or pairing). I haven’t seen a single video (granted I only looked at the high rated ones) mentioning defining what success looks like. Agile software development still seems to be the domain of geeks.
However I quite liked the following video. It is short, simple and straight to the point - a prime example of an agile mind
